As the name suggests, plotted scripts draw continuous lines or histograms on a chart. Although chartists talk most often in terms of “days”, all my plotted scripts work on “ticks” or “candles”, i.e. sets of four price values (Open, High, Low, Close) and one Volume quantity. Depending on the meaning of a candle, my line scripts can be loaded into Intraday, Weekly, or Monthly charts.

This is a hybrid version: It combines the features of Entry Scripts - which draw one type of "dot" on every day when the script, run as an Analyser scan, would have "fired" - with connecting lines known from pure Plotted Scripts. In addition, I use different shapes and colours to mark differnt conditions. Although descriptions standardise in terms of “days”, all my plotted scripts work on “ticks” or “candles”, i.e. sets of four price values (Open, High, Low, Close) and one Volume quantity. Depending on the meaning of a candle, plotted scripts can therefore be loaded into Intraday, Weekly, or Monthly charts.
