Consolidation Breakout Setup.

Caution: This trade is highly speculative, adjust your risk accordingly.

This one has been consolidating nicely with spurts of volume. It's also had 3 attempts at breaking the 27c resistance, and we know what normally happens on the 4th attempt!
Add to that the divergence on MACD just below the zero line.
a break of 27c should see price move up sharply.
For the more agressive, perhaps a "Mickey" entry @ 23c?
My plan is to grab half at the Mickey entry, and the other half on the 27c break, if it happens. 

Stop loss: A close below 19c.
